We endeavor to give 100% customer service to ensure a quick, easy and pleasurable experience while shopping with us. If you have any questions about any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact page or phone call.

We aim to keep our shop fully updated with prices and the newest swimwear and equipment. However, sometimes prices and stock levels can change without our prior notice; so therefore, prices and stock availably are subject to change. Any item that is going out of stock will be noted with LIMITED STOCK notices so that you are warned prior to any changes. If an item that you requested has gone out of stock, we will advise you with an alternative or refund.

Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves on our quick and easy delivery service as we send all our mail secure and traceable through Business Post. As soon as payment has been cleared and your purchase has been dispatched, it will be on your door the next day. However, if we do not have your item in stock, we will advise you of this and give you an estimated time of arrival. Normally if items are out of stock, you should wait no longer than 7 days for receipt of your purchase.

If for some unforeseen error has occurred and we can no longer stock your item, we will offer you an alternative or your money back. This is very rare that this happens, however, we would like to give you peace of mind that your money is safe.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Swimwear4you. However, if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery however we extend this for your convenience so any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with ALL packaging, protection and labels intact.

Please indicate on your returns slip the item(s) you are returning and the reason for their return.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your card. However we do endeavor to make this process as quick as possible.
